Chef Robert Felios started off as a dishwasher, and slowly fell in love with food. Chef Felios has worked is in numbers of hotels fine tuning his passion for food and creating menus for the guest to enjoy. We have just rolled out a concept for the restaurant and are really excited about it. As farm to table in not a new thing, but where we are scouring the produce and meats and cheese from are. Almost all ingredients that are on the menu are from farms in Texas. Bring new and great Texas flavors to the county while supporting the local farmers.
A restaurant you want to visit in Georgetown. Each dish was crafted beautifully and was thoughtfully paired with their crafted drinks and local wine.
